PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Company JAPAVO, spol. s r. o. currently has three production lines. Two for "short pasta" and one for making spaghetti.
The production lines are modern, computer controlled. The JAPAVO company has two lines from the Italian company Pavan and one from the Swiss company Bühler. The last line was installed at the end of 2008 and is equipped with high-temperature drying that meets the latest trends. The current production capacity on all three lines is approximately 18,500 tons/year, which ranks JAPAVO among the largest producers of pasta in Central Europe.
