Processing of personal data
You hereby grant consent to the company JAPAVO, spol. s r.o., with registered office in Slušovice, Dostihová 624, ID: 48909475, (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), to, in accordance with Directive 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of personal data of natural persons (hereinafter referred to as the "EU Directive on the protection of personal data") processed the following personal data:
- name and surname
Name, surname and e-mail must be processed in order to provide information about products and services. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 3 years.
You give your explicit consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the Administrator's contact details.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator.
Please note that under the EU Data Protection Directive you have the right to:
• withdraw consent at any time,
• request information from us on what personal data we process,
• request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
• request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
• request us to delete this personal data,
• contact us or the Office for the Protection of Personal Data in case of doubt regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data.
